Rule 125-1-1-.07 - Adoption of Rules(1) The Commissioner of the Department of Corrections shall formulate and submit to the Board of Corrections those reasonable rules and regulations or changes thereto which are required to govern the Corrections System.(2) Board approval shall be required prior to processing of new or revised rules for publication and implementation.(3) Actions undertaken in the preparation of rules for publication including notices of intended action, provision of an opportunity for interested parties to present data, formatting, and other requirements shall be as prescribed by the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.Ga.
