Rule 21-5300 - PURPOSE AND GOVERNANCE

5300.1

The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority Procurement Regulations (the "Regulations") are issued by the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (the "Authority") pursuant to the "Water and Sewer Authority Establishment and Department of Public Works Reorganization Act of 1996," effective April 18, 1996 (D. C. Law 11-111; D.C. Code § 34-2201.01et seq.), (the "Enabling Act"), to establish regulations for the procurement of goods and services, including construction.
