(1) Violation of any provision of 940 CMR 15.00 shall be an unfair or deceptive act or practice, under M.G.L. c. 93A, § 2(a).(2) The provisions of 940 CMR 15.00 shall not apply where preempted by federal law.(3) The effective date of 940 CMR 15.00 shall be July 1, 1996.
