Section 67.01 - Purpose, Scope and Applicability

The purpose of 211 CMR 67.00 is to implement the provisions of M.G.L. c. 152, §§ 25E through 25U governing the formation, operation and oversight of workers' compensation self-insurance groups in the Commonwealth. 211 CMR 67.00 applies to all workers' compensation self-insurance groups.
