Section 430.08 - Department Disciplinary Unit (DDU) Referral

In cases where the Disciplinary Officer, in consultation with the Superintendent, determines that a sanction to a DDU may be warranted, the Disciplinary Officer shall forward a copy of the disciplinary report and a summary of available information to the Director. The Director shall make the final determination whether a DDU hearing shall be held.
