Section 365.509 - Requirement to notify FMCSA of change in applicant information(a) A motor carrier subject to this subpart must notify FMCSA of any changes or corrections to the information in parts I, IA, or II of Form OP-1(MX), or in Form BOC-3-Designation of Agents-Motor Carriers, Brokers and Freight Forwarders, during the application process or after having been granted provisional operating authority.
