Section 3104.3 - Statewide and nationwide bonds(a) In lieu of lease bonds, lessees, owners of operating rights (sublessees), or operators may furnish a bond in an amount of not less than $25,000 covering all leases and operations in any one State.(b) In lieu of lease bonds or statewide bonds, lessees, owners of operating rights (sublessees), or operators may furnish a bond in an amount of not less than $150,000 covering all leases and operations nationwide.53 FR 22839, June 17, 1988; 53 FR 31958, Aug. 22, 1988
