Section 3999.380 - Pharmacy Services
(a) The pharmacy shall be open a minimum of five days per week (Monday through Friday, except for holidays) for at least eight hours per day.
(b) Pharmacy services shall be available after normal business hours to ensure that critical information and medication are available on a 24-hour basis.
(c) Prescribers shall be allowed to change therapy, and the patient shall be notified of the change.
(d) Each pharmacy shall maintain a quality assurance program to document and assess pharmacy-related medication errors.
