Section 3999.13 - STG Pilot Program. [Repealed]

1. New section (Instructional Memorandum 10-11-2012, Attachments A-W) filed 10-18-2012; operative 10-18-2012 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(c). Submitted to OAL for filing with the Secretary of State and printing only pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(b) (Register 2012, No. 42). Section shall lapse by operation of law on 10-18-2014 pursuant to Penal Code 5058.1(d) unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
2. Change without regulatory effect repealing section filed 3-12-2015 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2015, No. 11).
