Section 13626 - Notice of Completion

After completion of a draft Master Plan or an amendment of a Master Plan, the Port governing body shall issue a notice of completion that contains information which, in the judgment of the executive director of the commission, is of sufficient detail to allow the commission to determine the port governing body's compliance with the provisions of Public Resources Code, Sections 30712. The notice of completion shall include a listing of the members of the public, organizations and governmental agencies contacted for comment on the Port Master Plans along with copies of their comments, if any. As used in these regulations, notice of completion means that notice pursuant to Public Resources Code, Sections 30712.
