Section 1860 - Types of Permits(a)Permits for Demonstration or Gathering. No person shall hold or conduct any demonstration or gathering in or upon any state buildings or grounds unless a permit has been issued by the Department.(b)Permits for Structures or Equipment. No person shall build, construct, set-up, place or maintain, or attempt such, in or upon any of the state property, any tent, platform, booth, bench, table, building, sound system, or other structure, unless a permit for such a structure has been issued by the Department.Cal.
