Section 703 - Release of Criminal Offender Record Information(b) Criminal offender record information may be released, on a need-to-know basis, only to persons or agencies authorized by court order, statute, or decisional law to receive criminal offender record information.(d) Record checks shall be conducted on all personnel hired after July 1, 1975, who have access to criminal offender record information.Cal.
