Section 18 AAC 90.500 - Permit for certain public pesticide programs or projects

Except as provided in 18 AAC 90.510, the state or a borough or city of any class may not, without first obtaining a permit issued by the department, initiate a public pesticide program or project that affects property owned separately by two or more persons.
