ORDER


Before the court are the Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, filed October 31, 2002. After reviewing the findings, the court determines them to be correct, and they are accepted as those of the court. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Objections to Defendants' Bill of Costs are overruled. The district clerk is hereby directed to tax costs against Plaintiff in the amount of $2,410.58 in accordance with Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(d)(1).
