RULING

The Court, after carefully considering the Complaint , the record, the law applicable to this action, and the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Riedlinger dated July 10, 2015, to which no objection has been filed, hereby approves the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge and adopts it as the Court's opinion herein.

ACCORDINGLY, under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), the final decision of Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, denying the applications for disability insurance and supplemental security income benefits ("SSI") by Plaintiff Anthony L. Self shall be reversed, and this case shall be remanded to the Commissioner for reevaluation of the Plaintiff's claim for benefits.

Baton Rouge, Louisiana the 4 day of August, 2015.
