ORDER


The Court's Opinion and Order on Defendant's, Ford Motor Company, Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Docket No. 63), is amended at footnote #16, to reflect and establish the fact that the District Court's Opinion Order in Rabassa-Suarez v. Ford Motor Company, 204 F. Supp.2d 302 (D.P.R. 2002), was affirmed by the appellate court through an unpublished judgment issued on February 12, 2003 (Civil Case No. 02-1874).

IT IS SO ORDERED.
