On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the July 27, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is GRANTED, limited to the issues whether there is sufficient evidence to convict the defendant of violating MCL 750.424(2), and whether the decision in People v Johnson, 411 Mich. 50 (1981), should be overruled or modified.

We further ORDER that this case be argued and submitted to the Court together with the case of People v Moore (Docket No. 120543), at such future session of the Court as both cases are ready for submission.
