Proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review the respondents' determination revoking a restaurant liquor license issued to petitioner. There was competent and substantial evidence to sustain the findings upon which the determination is based ( People ex rel. Co. of Delaware v. State Tax Comm., 184 App. Div. 691; Matter of Yates v. Mulrooney, 245 App. Div. 146). Determination confirmed, without costs. All concur.
