The petition by the respondent father for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 148 Conn.App. 308, 84 A.3d 1265, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the trial court correctly determined that the respondent ‘failed to rehabilitate’ and thus correctly terminated his parental rights?”
