Appeal pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-30(2) from the decision of a divided panel of the Court of Appeals, ___ N.C. App. ___, 682 S.E.2d 469 (2009), affirming orders dated 31 December 2008 entered by Judge Thomas V. Aldridge, Jr. in District Court, Brunswick County. Heard in the Supreme Court 16 February 2010.
