Order Per Curiam

This cause is before the Court on appellee's motion to reinstate. On July 23, 2018, the Court issued an Order abating the appeal pursuant to Rule 8.2 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure after receiving notice of appellant's bankruptcy. TEX. R. APP. P. 8.2. After reviewing appellee's motion to reinstate which included a certified copy of the bankruptcy court's order lifting the stay as to the appeal, the Court grants appellee's motion to reinstate the appeal. Said cause remains pending before the Court.
