          In the matter of the estate of Mary S. Davis, deceased. From an adverse judgment, Jennie Skinner and others appeal, opposed by Blanche McGavic and another.

          Reversed and remanded.

          PER CURIAM.

          It appearing that the issue involved herein has been disposed by agreement of the parties in interest and that it has been mutually agreed that the matter be restored to the superior court for further proceeding, the judgment appealed from is hereby reversed, and the cause remanded to the superior court of Los Angeles county, remittitur to issue forthwith.
