ELECTRICITY, § 20 — electrocution, when verdict against evidence. Where three workmen were digging a well on a lot close to a power line, and in their work attached pieces of pipe to an auger and it became of such length as to come in contact with the power line and two were electrocuted and the third injured, it was necessary that they be in the exercise of reasonable care for their own safety at the time of the injuries, and verdicts for plaintiffs were against the evidence.
