Conley v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Apr 13, 2004
872 So. 2d 955 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2004)

Opinion

Case No. 1D04-0553.

Opinion filed April 13, 2004.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari — Original Jurisdiction.

Paul R. Conley, pro se, petitioner.

Charlie Crist, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for respondents.

The petition for writ of certiorari is denied on the merits. See Brown v. Campion, 575 So.2d 535 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000) (holding that the denial of a request to proceed as an indigent does not result in irreparable harm which cannot be remedied on appeal and is therefore not reviewable by a writ of certiorari, nor is the order a final order or an appealable, nonfinal order).

ERVIN, WEBSTER and DAVIS, JJ., concur.

NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND DISPOSITION THEREOF IF FILED.
