PARTIAL JUDGMENT

In light of the Court's rulings on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, issued on December 7, 2004, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff take nothing on her hostile work environment and Family and Medical Leave Act claims. These claims are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with all costs of court for these claims taxed against Plaintiff.

SO ORDERED.
