Section 53F-6-414 - Severability(1) If any provision of this part or the application of any provision of this part to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this part remain effective without the invalidated provision or application.(2) The provisions of this part are severable.Added by Chapter 1, 2023 General Session ,§ 16, eff. 5/3/2023.
