N.J.S.A. 10:5-3, 10:5-4.1. As it relates to plaintiff’s particular claim, the LAD “prohibits unlawful employment practices and discrimination in the form of harassment, ‘based on race, religion, sex, or other protected status, that creates a hostile work environment.
