Section 332.047 - On-line solicitation1. A governing body or its authorized representative may use an on-line solicitation to receive responses to a solicitation. The governing body or its authorized representative shall not use an on-line solicitation as the exclusive means of a solicitation if there is any cost to a responding offeror to submit a response.2. An on-line solicitation must designate a date and time at which responses may be submitted and may designate a date and time after which responses will no longer be received.3. A governing body or its authorized representative may require a responding offeror to: (a) Register for an on-line solicitation before the date and time at which responses may be submitted; and(b) Agree to terms, conditions or requirements of the solicitation to facilitate the on-line solicitation.4.
