Section 77-1-31 - [Repealed Effective 12/31/2024] Docket of petitions and complaintsThe commission shall keep a docket of petitions and complaints, which shall be entered in regular order. The docket shall be called at each regular meeting of the board, and the cases thereon disposed of, or, if necessary, continued until the next meeting.
