Section 22:1931.9 - [Terminates 7/1/2024] Assessment reduction or recalculation

Except as provided in this Part, there shall be no reduction or recalculation in the Insurance Fraud Investigation Dedicated Fund Account assessment allocation to the attorney general's office as provided in R.S. 40:1428.
