Section 4-4-38.5-7.1 - "Rural health clinic"(a) As used in this chapter, "rural health clinic" means a building that is: (1) located in a rural area;(2) owned or operated by a health care entity (as defined in IC 25-26-14-6); and(3) used primarily to provide diagnostic, medical, surgical, dental, or rehabilitative care.(b) The term does not include a pharmacy or wholesale drug distributor.Added by P.L. 89-2021,SEC. 5, eff. 4/20/2021.
