Section 35-43-10-4 - Legend drug deception resulting in death; penalty
A person:
(1) who knowingly or intentionally manufactures, purchases, sells, delivers, brings into Indiana, or possesses a contraband legend drug; and(2) whose act under subdivision (1) results in the death of an individual;
commits legend drug deception resulting in death, a Level 2 felony.
