Section 10-14-4-14 - Compensation for damages; individual eligible entity(a) This section applies only to an eligible entity that is an individual.(b) The amount of loss that may be compensated for damages to an individual's property: (1) must be at least five hundred dollars ($500); and(2) may not be more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).(c) Only one (1) individual per residence is eligible for compensation under this section.Amended by P.L. 112-2024,SEC. 9, eff. 7/1/2024.Added by P.L. 70-2019,SEC. 1, eff. 4/24/2019.
