Section 185:9 - Facsimile or electronic signature of recorder

An authorized facsimile or electronic rendering of the recorder's signature on any court records, orders, decisions, documents or legal papers, or copies thereof, or upon any writ, summons, order of notice, order of attachment or execution shall have the same validity as a written signature of the recorder.

Amended by Acts 2022, c. 175,§ 24, eff. 11/8/2022, app. to estates of homestead arising or created before, on or after the effective date, except with respect to subject matter of any final judgment to the contrary by court of competent jurisdiction in an action commenced prior to said effective date.
