Section 724.1C - Short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun - penalty1. For purposes of this section, "short-barreled rifle" or "short-barreled shotgun" means the same as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 921.2. A person shall not knowingly possess a short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun in violation of federal law.3.
