Section 279.14 - Evaluation criteria and procedures1. The board shall establish evaluation criteria and evaluation procedures.2. The determination of standards of performance expected of school district personnel shall be reserved as an exclusive management right of the school board and shall not be subject to mandatory negotiations under chapter 20.
