Buta complaint only needs to contain “a statementof the facts constituting the cause of action, in ordinary and concise language.” (Code Civ.Proc. § 425.10 subd. (a).) Thus, alleging the ultimate facts of a cause of action, not the evidentiary facts,is all that is required.
