Section 1997.210 - Generally(a) Subject to the limitations in this chapter, a lease may include a restriction on use of leased property by a tenant.(b) Unless the lease includes a restriction on use, a tenant's rights under a lease include any reasonable use of leased property.Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 67, Sec. 3.
