Rule 252.6 - Board Meetings(a) The Board will meet as frequently as necessary to conduct the business of the Fund and to process Claims in a timely manner.(b) The Chair will call a meeting at any reasonable time or upon the request of at least two members of the Board.(c) A quorum for any meeting of the Board is four members of the Board.(d) Minutes of meetings will be taken.
