Rule 3 - Judicial Administrator-DutiesA. Office. There is hereby created the office of Judicial Administrator. The Judicial Administrator shall be appointed by the Presiding Judge.B.Duties. The Judicial Administrator shall perform the following duties: 1. Prepare and post the Law and Motion calendar as provided in Rule 2(E). 2. Maintain master trial calendars and master Law and Motion calendars for each division. 3. Schedule visiting judges and arrange for adequate staff and facilities. 4. Such other duties as the Presiding Judge shall prescribe.
