Section 181-77A-003 - Authority

The authority for this chapter is RCW 28A.410.010 which authorizes the professional educator standards board to establish, publish, and enforce rules and regulations determining eligibility and certification of personnel employed in the common schools of this state. This authority is supplemented by RCW 28A.410.-210 (1) and (2) which authorizes the professional educator standards board to approve educator preparation programs.
