Section R307-312-6 - Compliance Schedule(1) All sources subject to R307-312-4 or R307-312-5(2) shall be in compliance with this rule by June 7, 2013.(2) All sources subject to R307-312-5(1) that begin construction prior to June 7, 2013, shall submit test results demonstrating compliance with R307-312-5(1) to the director by December 14, 2015.(3) All sources subject to R307-312-5(1) that begin construction on or after June 7, 2013, shall submit test results demonstrating compliance with R307-312-5(1) to the director no later than 180 days after initial startup.Utah Admin.
