Section 29C .0406 - REAR YARDS

Open space measured from the rear property line shall adhere to the following requirements:

(1) 20 feet for any single family residences,

(2) 20 feet for any multi-family residences,

(3) 15 feet for any business or manufacturing establishments, and

(4) 50 feet for all institutional establishments.
