Section 270.2 - Signing of City of Yonkers earnings tax returns and other documents

Tax Law, § 11 of § 1340(c); Codes and Ordinances of the City of Yonkers, § 92-108

The provisions of Part 153 of this Title with respect to the signing of New York State income tax returns, statements and other documents shall also be applicable to the signing of City of Yonkers earnings tax returns and other documents.
