Section 267.6 - Copies of City of Yonkers earnings tax returns, schedules and statements

Every person who is required by this Subchapter, or by instructions applicable to any form prescribed by this Subchapter, to keep a copy of any City of Yonkers earnings tax return, schedule, statement or other document, must keep such copy as part of such person's records.
