Section 260.2 - Form and content of notices
(a) Notices submitted shall contain such information as is prescribed in the State Administrative Procedure Act, utilizing the forms and formats published on the Department of State's website.
(b) The department may, at its own discretion, accept a notice(s) for publication in the State Register in a format other than that prescribed by the Secretary of State.
(c) In publishing a notice in the State Register, a different order of presentation of the information and other changes may be made for space and editorial reasons, including the deletion of unnecessary or redundant material and the addition of clarifying words or phrases, provided the notice published shall contain the information required by the State Administrative Procedure Act and such changes shall not affect the meaning and effect of the provisions of the notice.
(d) Typing text attachments. Minimal formatting is to be used. Text attachments should include only one font and one type size.
(e) The department, at its discretion, may reject any notice submitted for publication in the State Register which does not conform to the requirements of this Part.
