Section 8:59-6.3 - Contents of program(d) Every public employer shall post, on bulletin boards or in other conspicuous areas in the facility, any posters that the Department designs and provides, to inform employees of their rights under the Act.(e) Research and development laboratories shall provide their employees appropriate hazardous substance fact sheets and available material safety data sheets upon request.N.J.
