Section Saf-C 5703.09 - Release of a Person's Criminal History Record Information(a) A person who requests his or her CHRI shall receive a copy of his or her own criminal conviction records after complying with Saf-C 5703.08 and paying $25.00 for the record check.(b) Notwithstanding (a) above, a person shall receive a copy of his or her own criminal conviction and arrest records after complying with Saf-C 5703.08, paying $25.00 for the record check, and indicating specifically on the authorization form that the person wants his or her criminal arrest records.N.H.
