Section 571.310 - Restricted vaccines and other products

A person shall not sell, use, distribute or possess any of the following products without the written permission of the Administrator:

1. Brucella abortus vaccine;

2. Pseudorabies vaccine;

3. Paratuberculosis vaccine;

4. Rabies vaccine; or

5. Any vaccine, bacteriological or biological product which is a hazard to the livestock industry of this State.
