Rule 23-102-9.1 - Residents of an Institution

A. Residence in an institution can affect an applicant's or recipient's eligibility for any Medicaid program and for CHIP.

B. An individual is not eligible when:

1. The individual is an inmate; and

2. The facility in which the individual is residing is a public institution.
